• 1/4 c ketchup
• 1/4 c distilled white vinegar
• 1/4 t black pepper
• 1/4 t red pepper flakes
• 1/2 t liquid smoke (or even better 1/4 cup smoked pork drippings)
• 1/2 t molasses
• 1/2 t mustard powder
• 1 t beer

1. Mix together and simmer for a bit.
2. Add to meat and enjoy.
